Like a college student outfitting their dorm room, I pulled two chairs out of someone’s trash tonight while on my walk and carried them all the way home.
This little corner of my website is where I collect things from the everyday goings-on in my life. It’s a chronicle, exhibit, and junk-drawer all at once. I have not had a social media profile in quite a few years now, so this part of my website fills a similiar purpose to what those places did for me in years past.

I just about have this old window cleaned up and ready for new glass and glazing.
Home ownership is the gift that keeps on giving. Three broken windows, one leaky toilet, one flooded basement, and a partridge in a pear tree.
It was violent, and there was even some sadness and regret, but I mowed over the small rose garden that I did not have the time or energy to maintain.
My basement sounds like a data center with all of the fans I have running down there to help things dry out after all of the rain.
