When my mind starts bouncing around on syncing issues and distributing data, I probably need to be thinking about a notebook instead of computers.
This little corner of my website is where I collect things from the everyday goings-on in my life. It’s a chronicle, exhibit, and junk-drawer all at once. I have not had a social media profile in quite a few years now, so this part of my website fills a similiar purpose to what those places did for me in years past.

A weekend with no set plans is like a blank sheet of paper: exciting, full of possibilities, and still empty if all you do is stare at it. This morning, however, rest is in order, so I’m floating in the vast void of nothingness, with a cup of coffee.
I Built a Blog and Forgot to Write
It’s easy to lose sight of why we’re doing something when the thing we’re doing is complex.
My mind has been such a jumble lately. The things I need to do and the things I want to get done keep stacking on top of each other, higher and higher, a Jenga tower that feels one nudge from going over.
I was told that I am “Cheap with money, wildly extravagant with time” and I intend to give this the consideration it deserves, at length, over several days, for free.
It's getting harder to focus every day
This one hits close to home.
It’s almost impossible for me now, as it has been for years, to just pick up a book and to fall into the kind of daydreaming state that coffee mugs and coasters are always proclaiming is the essential joy of reading.
