I have been doing a lot of creative coding and general building lately, and I feel like part of my soul has finally returned to me.
This little corner of my website is where I collect things from the everyday goings-on in my life. It’s a chronicle, exhibit, and junk-drawer all at once. I try to remember this woman and her PlayStation Portable every time I read about a new whiz-bang browser feature.
Fireflies are one of my favorite things about living here, and I have not yet taken the time this summer to be outside in the late evening just to enjoy them. This changes now.
The house is just about in order this morning… just in time for the chaos to arrive again.
Things are blooming here at the Warren.
Losing my job last month has certainly upped the stress level around here, especially given that I am still in the middle of going through a divorce. I must say, though, I’m quite content to no longer be working for a billionaire.
I think I’d forgotten how much of a joy it is to wake up early and hack on my website a bit before starting the rest of my day.
I am falling asleep in front of the television before the sun sets, like an old man, these days.
