2022 Trip to Ireland
Clearing the cobwebs after lockdown.
As the COVID-19 pandemic eased and travel credit from a canceled pre-lockdown trip was about to expire, I decided it was finally time to clear the cobwebs that had been building up for a couple of years.
Itinerary
The trip started with a long two-day journey to Sligo, where I stayed five nights. I rented a small apartment above a hair salon and mostly kept to myself: wrote, worked, and went on walks about town. After Sligo I took the train back to Dublin for another four nights.
