General Purpose Flour Blend

Since my family eats , we need a flour that we can rely on for everyday cooking needs. We’ve found the mixture developed by Shauna Ahern to be the best, simple, everyday flour for our needs. We use this flour to make bread, start a roux, and for coating things before being fried. The millet has a pleasant wheat-like flavor, while the glutinous rice adds a bit of springiness that gluten usually provides. The potato start keeps everything moist.
